If I'm completely honest

I sort of got to this point this week where I had no idea what to blog about mostly because it has come apparent that I have no hobbies and that's probably not normal. Although I think I do, I just have no time to actually do them, so they are like ghost interests. But anyway, I had a few little odd bits that I wanted to mention mainly because I want other people's opinions on them too.

Number one, I finally got the MAC gel eyeliner, after using the Maybelline one for bloody ages. I love MAC and from all the hype around this I was expecting amazing things.

I do like it, it's easy to apply and it's nicely pigmented and all that, but it doesn't have amazing superhero staying power like I thought it would, it fades quite a lot after a day's wear, which the Maybelline one still did but being half the price I sort of allowed it that. I do really like the MAC packaging because it's heavy glass and feels posh and it's quite a big pot, it'll last a long time. I was just disappointed with the fading. It takes a couple of layers to get it that proper jet black colour. This is what it looked like on (sneakily cut from another picture)....

So is this just me, because I love MAC so much I don't want to be disappointed, I just sort of am.
